- Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the members’ area of Practice Acceleration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the members’ area.
- Access to Members Area Access to the members’ area is granted under a limited license, which is revocable at the discretion of Practice Acceleration. You agree not to share your login credentials with non-members and to use the members area only for its intended purpose.
- Intellectual Property All content provided in the members’ area, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and multimedia, is the proprietary property of Practice Acceleration and protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the members’ area without express written permission from us.
- Membership Terms The Accelerator is designed to be a community, not a prison. We aim to provide continuous value to our members. However, if at any point you feel that our services no longer meet your needs, you are welcome to terminate your membership with 30 days notice in writing. If you choose to leave, you will not be eligible to rejoin for a period of one year from the date of cancellation.
- Refund Policy We do not offer refunds. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that results will vary depending on individual efforts and external factors beyond our control.
